Product Owner
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical Salesforce teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle
- Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve product performance and user experience
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices and maximize platform capabilities
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including core clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation
- Comfortable working with developers and architects, though extensive coding knowledge is not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and leverage insights for decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
