The Member Locker Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that the locker room is clean and well-maintained. They must be knowledgeable about the facility and be able to provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the locker room, including restocking supplies and emptying trash cans
  • Greet members and guests upon arrival and provide assistance when necessary
  • Monitor the locker room for safety hazards and report any issues to management
  • Answer customer questions and provide information about the facility
  • Assist with laundry, towel, and shoe cleaning service
  • Ensure that locker room facilities are functional and report any maintenance issues to management

Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate with Members and Guests in English
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
