SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day activities that support Supply Chain Planning Reports and Dashboards for North America manufacturing and distribution functions
  • Provide analytical feedback for reporting responsibilities
  • Review daily/weekly data
  • Develop and publish accurate metrics reports as required
  • Create excel based schedules
  • Interact with all departments as required to ensure reporting timetables are adhered to
  • Communicate report/data concerns inside and outside of department
  • Provide support and backup to other members of SCP Team
  • Nights and Weekend work as required

Qualifications:

  • Ability to make sound independent decisions within established guidelines
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with offsite facility personnel
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal and external customers
  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience with emphasis on production planning, production/inventory control or purchasing. Knowledge of JBA a plus.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups, territories and different levels of an organization
  • Must have ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid independent conclusions
  • Must have understanding of the following: Must respond to all e-mails, voice mails promptly
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise records, reports, files and statistical information correspondence and other written materials using MS Office, Excel and APICS methodology
