Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice & Video Specialist Engineer

Location:
Zapopan, Jalisco

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice & Video Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and support of advanced UCC solutions. This role involves migrating telephony systems, integrating conferencing platforms, and ensuring seamless collaboration across enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice and Video solutions.
  • Expertise in AudioCodes Gateways/SBCs and QoS implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Teams Direct Routing, SIP Trunking, and PSTN integration.
  • Hands-on experience with video conferencing hardware (Logitech, Polycom, Crestron).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and ITIL processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cisco endpoints interoperability and PEXIP CVI.
  • Familiarity with asset management and vendor coordination.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate user base from Zoom Telephony to Microsoft Teams Voice.
  • Design and implement MS Teams Direct Routing, SIP trunk integrations, and PSTN interoperability.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Dial Plans, Normalization Rules, Voice Policies, and Call Routing.
  • Deploy and maintain video conferencing solutions (Cisco, Polycom, MS Teams Rooms, DTEN, MTR).
  • Collaborate with IT and network teams for A/V integration and security compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate SBC carrier support.
  • Create and maintain HLD/LLD documentation and enforce security measures.
