Propósito del puesto


Como Analista de Importación Junior, serás responsable de capturar la información de importaciones y exportaciones en el sistema gubernamental requerido, con un enfoque de análisis de datos para identificar desviaciones a las regulaciones legales y procedimientos aduaneros. Apoyarás la coordinación logística global, revisando documentos clave como declaraciones aduanales, facturas y otros relacionados con el comercio exterior, asegurando precisión y trazabilidad en todas las operaciones.


Responsabilidades principales


  2. Dar soporte y análisis en todas las actividades administrativas vinculadas con operaciones de importación y exportación.
  3. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa local aplicable en materia aduanera.
  4. Coordinar los procedimientos documentales con agentes aduanales para garantizar procesos fluidos y conformes.
  5. Mantener organizada y actualizada la documentación de comercio exterior.
  6. Gestionar la carga precisa de documentación en los sistemas electrónicos pertinentes.

Formación académica


  2. Licenciatura en Logística, Negocios Internacionales o áreas relacionadas.

Experiencia y conocimientos deseables.


  2. Al menos 1 año de experiencia en un puesto equivalente.
  3. Conocimientos del flujo de transporte de materiales y de normas locales e internacionales de seguridad y regulación de productos/materiales.
  4. Conocimientos de SAP.
  5. Conocimiento básico del flujo operativo de almacén.
  6. Conocimiento de regulaciones y protocolos de envío y recepción.
  7. Buen manejo de normas de seguridad y regulación aplicables a materiales y productos.
  8. Competencia sólida en herramientas informáticas ( MS Office requerido, Excel)
