About The Role
Reporting to the
Inside Sales Coordinator
, the
Inside Sales Representative
is responsible for selling and renewing the company's products, systems, and services through telephone and electronic channels to customers within an assigned territory, industry, or account base.

This role focuses on lead qualification, lead prospecting, and value-based selling, supporting commercial growth by selling and renewing the company's products, systems, and services through telephone and electronic channels. The position involves identifying customer needs, generating prospective customers through cold calling, qualifying and following up on sales leads, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities or sales. Sales activities are primarily conducted through virtual and multichannel interactions, including inbound and outbound sales.

This position is part of the
Sales / Customer Excellence team
, located in
Naucalpan, Estado de México
, and will be
hybrid,
4 days onsite / 1 day remote. Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Occasional travel (1 per month) within the metropolitan area for training plans is required.

In this role, a typical day will look like

  • Selling and renewing company products, systems, and services via phone and electronic communication.
  • Prospecting new customers using dedicated prospecting tools, databases, and outbound campaigns.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and managing follow-up activities.
  • Applying value selling principles to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Managing opportunities, leads, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Preparing and delivering accurate quotations aligned with customer requirements and commercial strategy.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, availability, and basic technical information.
  • Analyzing sales and customer data to support decision-making and opportunity prioritization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper handoff of qualified opportunities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment (experience with instruments preferred).
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Oracle preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus for data consultation and reporting.
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools and outbound lead generation activities.
  • Knowledge of value-based selling methodologies (desirable).
  • Intermediate English level, with the ability to read and understand technical and commercial materials.

híbrido (4 días presenciales / 1 día remoto)

Horario de trabajo:
8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. o 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. Se requiere
viaje ocasional (1 vez al mes)
dentro del área metropolitana para planes de capacitación.

En este rol, un día típico incluirá

  • Venta y renovación de los productos, sistemas y servicios de la compañía mediante comunicación telefónica y electrónica.
  • Prospección de nuevos clientes utilizando herramientas específicas de prospección, bases de datos y campañas outbound.
  • Calificación de leads inbound y outbound, y gestión de actividades de seguimiento.
  • Aplicación de principios de venta basada en valor para identificar necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones adecuadas.
  • Gestión de oportunidades, leads e interacciones con clientes a través de sistemas CRM.
  • Elaboración y envío de cotizaciones precisas, alineadas a los requerimientos del cliente y a la estrategia comercial.
  • Atención de consultas de clientes relacionadas con productos, disponibilidad e información técnica básica.
  • Análisis de datos de ventas y clientes para apoyar la toma de decisiones y la priorización de oportunidades.
  • Colaboración con equipos internos para asegurar una correcta transferencia de oportunidades calificadas.

Requisitos esenciales del puesto

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas dentro de un entorno de manufactura o industrial (experiencia con instrumentos es deseable).
  • Experiencia en el uso de sistemas CRM (Salesforce y/o Oracle deseables).
  • Dominio de Excel; experiencia con Power BI es un plus para consulta y análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de prospección y actividades de generación de leads outbound.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías de venta basada en valor (deseable).
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés, con capacidad para leer y comprender materiales técnicos y comerciales.
