Collection Analyst Sr

As a Collections Analyst Sr, you will be the number one support to the Collection Manager and supporting the collection team, process driven and continuous improvement mentality, lowering the exposure of the client portfolio and constant recovery of the past due at Good Year & Tire Rubber Company.

What you'll do

• Develop local and regional monthly closing reports on time.
• Developing the team so they succeed on the daily work.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Making visits to local and foreign customers to maintain a good relationship.
• Follow up close to collection, considering client portfolio management, account analysis, identification of past due balances and customer negotiations.
• Constant communication with the support areas (sales, customer service, logistics, treasury) support plant, regional, and global goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit and Collections: receivables management, past due management, balance negotiation, and billing.
• Intermediate Knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in collections to different channels: Retail, Mass Merchandise, Original Equipment, Wholesalers and National Accounts.
