Marketplace Specialist – SNG (Special Nutrition Group)

Descripción del puesto

En SNG buscamos un Marketplace Specialist operativo, detallista y con experiencia comprobable en e-commerce. Será responsable de la gestión diaria del catálogo de nuestras cuatro marcas, así como de apoyar la expansión hacia nuevos marketplaces. Este rol es clave para asegurar listados correctos, optimizados y con cumplimiento normativo.

Funciones principales

* Crear nuevos listados y mantener actualizado el catálogo existente.

* Editar títulos, descripciones, atributos, variaciones y multimedia.

* Optimizar palabras clave y contenido para mejorar posicionamiento y conversión.

* Actualizar precios, márgenes, promociones y ofertas.

* Liberar productos restringidos por plataformas mediante documentación regulatoria y soporte COFEPRIS.

* Resolver incidencias operativas con cada marketplace.

* Preparar catálogos, listados y documentación para la apertura de nuevos mercados y plataformas.

* Dar soporte operativo en la carga inicial de productos en estos nuevos marketplaces.

Habilidades y requisitos

* Mínimo 2 años de experiencia manejando marketplaces (Amazon indispensable; Mercado Libre, Liverpool o Shopify deseable).

* Conocimiento sólido en creación y optimización de listados.

* Inglés intermedio (B2).

* Manejo de Excel/Sheets intermedio.

* Investigación de palabras clave y SEO para marketplaces.

* Atención al detalle, organización y seguimiento de procesos.

* Capacidad para estructurar catálogos y flujos de carga para nuevos mercados.

* Proactividad para resolver incidencias y manejar documentación regulatoria.
