Job Title: L2 – Network Data Engineer

Location: Hybrid for CDMX, MTY, GDL or QRO

Experience: 6–10 years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Data Engineer (Level 2) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, security, and data center management, with hands-on expertise in Cisco technologies and advanced networking protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and install LAN/WAN network devices
  • Manage and troubleshoot complex network issues affecting LAN, WAN, and Internet connectivity
  • Monitor and maintain A10 appliances for performance, availability, and security alerts
  • Work with Cisco ISR/ASR routers, Catalyst & Nexus switches
  • Implement and manage Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions
  • Configure and maintain load balancers and network security devices (Cisco ASA & FTD)
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide network support and troubleshooting
  • Ensure network segmentation, standardization, and architecture adjustments as technology evolves

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in network administration (routing, switching, and security)
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, PBR, IPSEC, GRE, DMVPN
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices and security solutions
  • Experience with SD-WAN (Silver Peak) and load balancing (A10)
  • Familiarity with F5, Riverbed, Viptela, Opengear, Zscaler
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and deliver exceptional customer service

Preferred Certifications

  • Cisco CCNP or equivalent certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30, $60,000.00 per month
