Job overview:

The role focuses on reviewing and improving kitchen layouts, managing layout standards, providing AnyLogic simulation services, and collaborating on layout improvement projects while training stakeholders and supporting new country entries. It requires a Master's in Engineering, advanced AnyLogic and CAD skills, experience in QSR kitchen design, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong soft skills like creativity, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.

This is a fully remote job opportunity.

The employment contract will be provided by a third-party employment. We are providing a full-time, indefinite employment contract.

Your roles & responsibilities:

• Review Kitchen Layout Submissions to ensure proper operational capability and flows.
• Provide a simulations services to outlined projects in specialized software - AnyLogic, from building a model to clearly forming outcomes of research.
• Manage proactively for new and complex layouts.
• Advocate for our guests, restaurant crew and our Franchisees success.
• Implement, manage layout standards, supports in standard documents creation.
• Proactively provide trainings and education of layout standards to stakeholders.
• Collaborate in Layout Improvement Projects and support new country entries.
• Manage stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.

Your skills & experience:

• Master's Degree in Engineering (additional architectural degree is a plus);
• Advanced AnyLogic experience proven with projects portfolio and certifications & advanced CAD experience;
• Prior experience in AnyLogic modelling for QSR industry, designing kitchen layouts is required;
•  Understanding of restaurant operations is a plus;
• Experience in Store Layouts and Drive Thru site plans development process is highly desirable;
• Ability to interpret restaurant plans, Drive Thru site plans and detailed technical drawings;
• Ability to visualize the inter-dependencies of constituents of restaurant operations;
• Fluency in English, Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
