Join our innovative Procurement Team
Our Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for company.
Partner with the best
You will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Understands concepts, methods, procedures, and approaches.
As a Procurement Specialist - Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance to Procurement Process.
- Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery date, payment terms) obtain better pricing and conditions.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Placing and following up on PO's end to end (from receiving the request to the closure of the negotiation -invoice process).
- Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes.
- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues to design the best commercial strategies in line with demand.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- 5 years of experience in Procurement.
- Knowledge of compliance and ethics.
- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English.
- Negotiation and Communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently, within tight deadlines.
- Be able to handle a request end-to-end.
- Customer services.
- Knowledge in SAP and ARIBA.
- Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel.
- Analytical Skills: ability to think critically, analyze data, make difficult decisions, and solve complex problems.
