SAP Service Manager AMS Senior – Advanced English – Remote from Mexico
Location: Remote (Mexico only – must reside in Mexico)
Contract Type: Payroll (local employment)
Mode: Full-time
Language: Advanced English (mandatory)
We are seeking a Senior SAP AMS Service Manager to lead application support services for an international client. The role involves managing AMS operations, coordinating service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance, and overseeing communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requisitos
Responsibilities
Manage AMS operations and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Coordinate support activities across technical and functional teams.
Monitor incidents, changes, and service performance indicators.
Serve as the main point of contact for escalation and client communication.
Optimize support processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Senior-level experience in SAP Service Management / AMS environments / SAP environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in complex, multinational environments.
Advanced English required for global interaction.
Must be based in Mexico and eligible for local payroll.
