Pricing Support Analyst for USA & CanadaCollaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

Department Overview the Pricing Operations Team is part of Global Operations. The Pricing Operations Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel.

The impact you will make in this role

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate compilation, organization, and reconciliation of pricing data between multiple systems utilized by 3M GSC and 3M subsidiaries. In this role, you will maintain and enhance pricing applications, coordinate updates, manage requests, and support business groups within Customer Operations. You will also create price reports and perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

· Create and maintain Deviated and Standard Prices in our systems based on the process governance and playbooks

· Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.

· Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.

· Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.

· Demonstrate problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills, make suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.

· Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.

· Maintaining ongoing communications with Pricing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders via email, Sales Force cases, etc.

· Reject request outside USAC governance policy

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• A graduate degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or similar

• At least 1+ year of experience in similar roles

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

• Proficient research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Continuous improvement mindset.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

• Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.

• Team-oriented person who can focus on the details and ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of VBA, Macro excel formulas is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Vendavo platforms is an advantage.

Work location: Mexico

· Work location: This role has on-site work model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the corporate office at Santa Fe, CDMX. No relocation supported.
