About the Role

We are strengthening our plant operations team to address a highly complex and dynamic environment. We are looking for a
Cost Accountant
with solid experience in manufacturing who can contribute to operational accuracy, process improvements, and reliable cost visibility.

This position plays a
critical role
within the finance and operations structure and will interact with plant leadership, including final candidate validation by the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cost accounting activities for a manufacturing environment.
  • Conduct daily fieldwork on the production floor, including:
  • Time studies on production lines.
  • Working closely with engineering to correct and validate system data.
  • Maintain and update standard costs.
  • Analyze cost variances and prepare reports for the Plant Controller.
  • Collaborate during internal and external audits.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of cost-related data and processes.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
    in cost accounting within a manufacturing plant.
  • Experience in
    Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4
    manufacturing environments.
  • Strong English proficiency
    .
  • Demonstrated stability and low job turnover.
  • Willingness to work
    100% on-site
    and perform daily floor activities.
