If you want to work on meaningful projects and help shape the next wave of great products, Geekbears is the place to grow.OverviewThe Mid-UXUI Designer, has 3+ years of experience as a practitioner of user-centric product design. They work with a team of UXUI Designers creating digital products such as web sites, mobile sites, native apps, experiential UX/UI, and voice apps.ResponsibilitiesLeading regular creative sessions in an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfaces.Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.Stay up to date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends in order to incorporate them into the design process.Conduct user interviews and UX research by helping recruit participants, run research, and report on all aspects of customer feedback.Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis.Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development.Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.Follow up for the performance of the executed designs on the basis of conversion rate and user heat maps.Qualifications:3+ years of experience working in UX, UI, or related fields, with proven experience designing SaaS and internal tools (mandatory)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh proficiency in Figma as a primary design toolStrong experience with interactive prototyping toolsDemonstrated excellence in design craft and attention to detailEnthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environmentSolid understanding of digital business and product-driven environmentsExperience working with and contributing to scalable design systemsAbility to effectively collaborate and communicate with developers to translate design requirements into implementationNice to have:Experience using Framer for marketing landing pagesFamiliarity with user testing and research platforms such as MazeExperience working with AI-powered tools, including experimentation with AI-assisted or "vibe coding" workflowsKPI'sProject SuccessConversion RateBenefits 100% remote work from anywhere in Mexico, with a flexible schedule.Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses.Premium medical insurance coverage.Company-provided hardware and software for an optimized home office setup.Ready to help us shape the next generation of digital products?Apply now and let's design amazing products together
