Mission:
Ensure that business needs are translated into well-defined technical solutions, coordinating teams and deliverables to achieve successful implementations, seamless integrations, and continuous improvement of technology products and services. This role is a key bridge between the functional and technical aspects, guaranteeing clarity, alignment, and quality in every delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements for implementation processes
• Managing operational requests and following up with development, technology, and operations teams
• Defining and validating technical specifications for integrations, configurations, or new functionalities
• Analyzing functional workflows, identifying issues, and proposing business-aligned solutions
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication between technical and business areas to ensure understanding and meeting expectations
• Supporting functional testing (UAT), validating developments, and ensuring quality prior to deployment
• Participating in follow-up meetings, clarifying requirements, and monitoring deliverables
• Continuously documenting processes, configurations, and integrations

Requirements
Essential Skills

• Previous experience as a Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Basic to intermediate technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, databases, log and workflow analysis)
• Ability to document technical and functional requirements
• Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Organizational, tracking, and prioritization skills
• Proactive and willing to investigate, ask questions, and escalate issues when necessary

Desirable Skills

• Experience in requirements gathering for integrations or technology projects
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
• Basic log reading and debugging skills
• Interest in career advancement to architecture, development, or technical leadership
