Our plant located in Ciénega de Flores, N.L. is seeking: Design Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Support ITC to solve technical issues in direct, "data driven" manner.
- Support SDT and Plant in understanding technical requirements include data/drawing/part revision/eBOM and other relevant technical documents.
- Experience in use of engineering related systems, PLM, PP, NX/CATIA, etc.
- Experience with the metal structure, motion, key performance and control of seat structure products, with 2~3 years related product development and application experience.
- Self-driven to work independently and co-ordinate with global program team including China Engineering and various time zones to deal with seat frame problems during production, including but not limited to free play, rigidity, sound, rattling, handling force, etc.
- Be able to take care of supplier related technical issues independently/in collaboration with SDT.
- Experience as customer interface, to address issues in a timely manner raised by customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with PM/LM and SDT for sample manufacturing, customer delivery and document preparation.
- Organize various engineering meetings during factory start-up and implement action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Advance English.
- CAD experience.
- Proficient in Solidworks.
