Desarrollar la estrategia del programa de Logística de Middle Mile, dirigiendo tácticamente equipos dentro y fuera de tu organización para entregar soluciones (experiencia del cliente, velocidad, tecnología, costo) para la Red de Transporte de Middle Mile en México. Implementar proyectos a gran escala y eficiencias logísticas de middle mile, considerando la flota dedicada de transportistas de terceros para maximizar la utilización de camiones y la planificación de caminos críticos. Liderar el proceso de Change Management para proyectos internos y externos, interactuando con stakeholders del área (Seguridad, Planning, Operaciones, Monitoreo, Regional, Producto y Tecnología). Desarrollar e implementar informes de KPI que proporcionen visibilidad a los hitos y el rendimiento a través de la Red de Transporte de Middle Mile y los proyectos. Liderar la estrategia de Mejora Continua y Estandarización del equipo de Operaciones de Transporte de Middle Mile en los Fulfillment Centers y Cross Dock Centers. 6 a 8 años de experiencia en gestión de programas o proyectos. 4 años de experiencia en transporte Dominio en MS Excel (macros, tablas dinámicas, etc.), SQL y Tableau ( deseable ) Certificación de Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Deseable) Certificación en SCRUM or AGILE ( Deseable)
