We are seeking a
UX Designer specialized in digital sales products
, responsible for supporting the creation and optimization of flows, interfaces, and conversion-oriented experiences while ensuring visual consistency, functional clarity, and alignment with business objectives within the financial sector.

Desired Academic Background

• Graphic Design or related field, Industrial Design or related field, Systems Engineering or related.

Desired Professional Experience

• 1–3 years of UX design experience applied to digital products focused on sales, conversion, or digital commerce.

• Prior experience in financial services, banking, payments, or digital commercial products (academic projects, internships, or freelance work also apply).

• UX Designer with interest in metrics, funnels, conversion paths, and user behavior.

• Ability to collaborate with developers and the Product team to ensure proper implementation aligned with conversion flows.

• Skill in defining visual and functional specifications: sizes, colors, interactions, and conversion-oriented micro-animations.

• Intermediate–advanced Figma proficiency: prototypes, components, libraries, and design systems used for digital sales products.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the list of requirements and specifications for the digital sales product up to date (to be developed, in progress, developed, validated).

• Support in generating and documenting requirements focused on improving digital purchasing experience, conversion, and self-service.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Digital Sales team to translate business needs (leads, conversions, journeys, funnels) into flows and design proposals.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and screens in Figma that optimize the user experience across the entire sales funnel.

• Document visual and functional specifications aligned with conversion metrics, response times, and usability.

• Work with developers to validate the correct implementation of purchase flows, landing pages, forms, and key journey components.

• Incorporate feedback based on A/B tests, user behavior insights, and digital sales data.

• Adjust and optimize designs based on key indicators (conversion rate, CTR, journey drop-off, visual performance).

• Ensure visual and functional consistency across all points of the digital funnel to increase user trust and maximize conversions.
