Job Description: As a UX/UI Designer Intern at Alliance Virtual Offices, you will support the design team in researching, designing, and validating user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with experienced designers, product managers, and developers to help create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and internal tools.

This role is ideal for someone early in their UX/UI career who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and curious about how design decisions impact real users and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support user research activities such as usability testing, surveys, and feedback analysis.
• Assist in developing wireframes, user flows, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes based on user and business needs.
• Help design user interfaces for responsive web and mobile experiences under the guidance of senior designers.
• Apply existing design systems, UI patterns, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from designers, product managers, and developers.
• Assist with rapid iteration, prototyping, and basic usability validation.
• Help document design decisions, components, and patterns as part of design system maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support solutions through implementation.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Be open to learning, giving feedback, and receiving constructive feedback to improve design quality.

Requirements:

• Foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles, usability, and user-centered design.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD (academic or personal projects accepted).
• Basic knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks and prioritize effectively with guidance.
• A portfolio (academic, personal, or internship work) that demonstrates UX thinking and UI skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not required.
• English level: B1+ to B2 (Intermediate → Upper-Intermediate)
• Resume must be submitted in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10, $14,000.00 per month
