Sus responsabilidades claves

  • Diseño de herramientas de producción en áreas aplicables acorde a los estándares del corporativo (Calidad, tiempo costo)
  • Revisar, actualizar y suministrar los dibujos de ingeniería necesarios para la fabricación de dicha herramienta.
  • Creación de listado de herramientas
  • Generar de números de material y asegurar su correcta configuracion para su uso
  • Mantener los estándares de Schaeffler para el diseño de herramientas (gestión de base de datos CREO / SAP)
  • Desarrollo de diseño de herramientas para la solución adecuado de un problema especifico en líneas de producción
  • Transferencia de diseños y filosofía de diseño de plantas hermanas durante las transferencias de tecnología/productos/producción
  • Asegurmiento de diseños disponibles y conocimiento técnico necesario para diseño de herramienta durante el lanzamiento de nuevas tecnologías
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico durante la fabricación de los conceptos de diseño de herramientas.
  • Desarrollo y solución de problemas tecnológicos dentro de equipos multidisciplinarios

Sus aptitudes

  • Ingés: Intermedio - Avanzado
  • Debe poder leer e interpretar dibujos de ingeniería en inglés y español.
  • Debe tener conocimientos básicos en los fundamentos de GD&T
  • Usar herramientas de medición básicas (por ejemplo, calibradores, o micrómetros)
  • Experiencia previa en software CAD como CREO 4.0
  • Conocimeinto general de porcesos de maquinado
  • Conocimiento general en procesos de inyeccion de plastico
  • Trabajo dentro de equipos multidisciplinarios
  • Multitareas
  • Pensamiento analitico (Soluciones precisas a problemas determinados)
  • Pensamiento creativo/innovador (Participacion en proyectos previos)
  • Cultura de sistema de calidad
