We are looking for an
Organizational Development and Work Climate Analyst
.

What will you do in this role?
You will be responsible for combining key HR operations with high-value initiatives in Organizational Development and Talent Management:
- Preparing KPI reports and analysis for decision-making.
- Implementing OD programs, culture, and organizational change.
- Coordinating onboarding and candidate experience.
- Updating job descriptions and profiles.
- Be involved in internal communication.
- Managing performance evaluations and improvement proposals.
- Participating in projects related to work climate, engagement, cultural activities, and internal events.
What are we looking for?
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years in operations focused on OD and work climate.
- Expertise in performance evaluations, climate surveys, development, internal communication, change management, and climate assessments.
- Advance English Level. (B2+)

- Effective communication at all levels.
- Organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
