Esta posición es responsable de garantizar que los nuevos moldes funcionen con la calidad adecuada durante el proceso de puesta en marcha con el fin de reducir los problemas durante la producción, asegurando que el trabajo se realice con seguridad, alta calidad.

Responsabilidades

Responsabilizarse de la adecuada integración y/o implementación del Sistema QEHS en los procesos operativos de su área y asegurar su efectividad.

Asignar los recursos necesarios para la gestión del sistema QEHS en la zona. Proporcione apoyo, participe proactivamente y demuestre liderazgo en QEHS en su área.

Cumplir con los requisitos legales QEHS, estándares (Externos/internos) y otros aplicables a su área Mantener los moldes LEGO en condiciones adecuadas antes de su lanzamiento para garantizar un resultado de producción fiable.

Participación en las reuniones del departamento para dar un seguimiento adecuado a los moldes. Documentar cada mejora encontrada en un molde (lecciones aprendidas) y asegurar que se comparta con el Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico.

•Educación: Carrera Técnica en Máquinas y Herramientas.

•Experiencia:  5 años de experiencia en moldes o actividades relacionadas.

•Habilidades: Comunicación, resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones.

•Conocimiento en Dibujo Técnico NX y SAP. Inglés Básico/Intermedio (B1).

•Manejo de Microsoft Office.

Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position.
