We are seeking a Manager, Mexico Plant Supply Assurance Department to support our growing client need in Pachuca, Hidalgo Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Supply Security Department for the newly launched plant in Mexico.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the overall management of the Supply Security Department, formulating supply security strategies and optimizing the supply security process.

  • Supervise the execution of purchase orders, inventory turnover rate and customs compliance, and make decisions on emergency shortage transfer plans.

  • Optimize warehouse layout and inventory.

  • Lead the team to complete the task of supply guarantee and support the production and operation of the factory.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, in related field

  • Ability to use Spanish as a working language; ability to communicate in English

  • At least 5-8 years working experience in manufacturing supply chain, including at least 3 years team management experience, working experience in Mexico

  • Must be able to communicate fluently and effectively in Spanish and English

  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly desired

  • Have experience in the whole process of supply chain, including core links such as purchase plan, inventory control, logistics and distribution, warehouse management, etc

  • Familiar with supplier development, evaluation, negotiation and relationship maintenance skills, and have good cost control awareness and bargaining power

  • Comprehensive ability in the following aspects: supplier development experience in North America, understanding and familiarity with order tracking, customs knowledge and warehouse management

  • Must have a U.S. visa or Mexican visa (or permanent residence card)
