TE Connectivity's distribution and logistics teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between the point of origin and the destination, with the aim of meeting customer requirements and internal objectives.
They create internal processes such as workflow in operations, purchasing, materials, and external suppliers.
They are focused on the continuous improvement of material movement through production, quality, and manufacturing processes.

Daily activities:

1.    Management and distribution of personnel (WS), including leave and vacations
2.    Monitoring of late deliveries by GLOG
3.    Filling out and following up on QCPC for GLOG service
4.    Escalations and priorities for orders, receipts, and shipments
5.    Execution and organization of accounting cycle
Periodic activities:

1.    Monitoring of orders and shipment of surplus by WS
2.    Implementation of improvements and material flow
3.    Updating of material supply routes
4.    Variance and WIP analysis
Occasional activities:

1.    System maintenance and cleaning
2.    Teaching safety courses
