Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The Sourcing Specialist will perform daily procurement tasks that include supplier research, product sourcing, price negotiation, and processing purchase orders. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to align sourcing decisions with company objectives, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking inventory levels, and providing analytical support to improve procurement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficient in conducting in-depth Research to identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams
  • Exceptional Organization Skills to manage purchase orders, inventory tasks, and procurement documentation
  • Experience in Procurement or sourcing-related roles
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and procurement-specific software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Requirements:

  • English:
     Advanced level (mandatory).
  • Mandarin:
     Preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain or procurement processes.
  • Must be able to travel across Mexico as required
