Part of Commercial Strategy organization, the LATAM Market Analyst focuses on providing analytics and strategic support their region (Mexico) & brand (Ninja) leads providing proactive business insights.  The Market Analyst will be responsible to assist in crafting compelling sell-in stories, ensure SharkNinja is set to meet account benchmarks, and serve as the expert on SharkNinja's performance, market trends, and competitors' performance for assigned regions.  This is an excellent position for a highly motivated, independent and confident analyst who likes to work in a fast-paced and data driven atmosphere.

Responsibilities: 

• Identify actionable reporting that assists in driving winning at each subcategory
• Generate and present actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, rankings, competitive landscape, and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies
• Participate in delivery of daily, weekly, monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the business
• Identify category gaps/opportunities, craft sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate SharkNinja from competitors, helping to increase distribution, space, and displays

• Ability to create objective analytics
• Ability to create data visualizations to highlight insights to a variety of cross-functional partners

• Act as the voice of the market and category

Education and Experience:

• Relevant work (internship or similar) experience within consumer package goods data analysis
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Local to Mexico City
• Fluent in English & Spanish (ideally knowledgeable of Portuguese)
• Demonstrated ability to present and collaborate on critical challenges to internal and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and detail oriented, ensuring deadlines are met
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills
• Willingness to travel, 10% of time

Como parte de la organización de Estrategia comercial, el/la Analista de Mercado LATAM se enfoca en brindar soporte analítico y estratégico a los líderes de región (México) y de las marcas (Ninja), proporcionando proactivamente perspectivas al negocio. El/la Analista de Mercado será responsable de apoyar en la creación de narrativas que apoyen al equipo de ventas, asegurar que la marca esté cumpliendo con los objetivos de las cuentas y actuar como experto/a en el desempeño del negocio de SharkNinja, al igual que las tendencias del mercado y el desempeño de la competencia para las regiones asignadas.
Esta es una excelente posición para un(a) analista altamente motivado/a, independiente y seguro/a de sí mismo/a, que disfrute trabajar en un entorno dinámico, ágil y orientado a crecimiento.

Responsabilidades:

• Identificar reportes accionables que ayuden a impulsar el éxito en cada subcategoría
• Generar y presentar perspectivas accionables sobre precios, impacto promocional, ranking en el mercado, panorama competitivo y necesidades del mercado para desarrollar estrategias integrales
• Participar en la entrega de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales sobre la salud del negocio
• Identificar brechas y oportunidades de la categoría; desarrollar recomendaciones y estrategias comerciales que diferencien a SharkNinja de la competencia, ayudando a incrementar distribución, espacio y exhibiciones.

Habilidades clave:

• Construir relaciones interpersonales, tanto internas como externas, con una mentalidad orientada al servicio al cliente
• Capacidad para desarrollar análisis de datos
• Capacidad para crear visualizaciones de datos que destaquen perspectivas para diversos equipos dentro de la organización
• Curiosidad innata y deseo de encontrar soluciones creativas
• Actuar como la voz del mercado y de la categoría

 Educación y experiencia:

• Experiencia laboral relevante (prácticas profesionales o similar) en análisis de datos de productos de consumo
• Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente
• Residencia en Ciudad de México
• Fluidez en inglés y español (idealmente con conocimientos de portugués)
• Capacidad demostrada para presentar y colaborar con otros equipos en proyectos críticos
• Capacidad demostrada para realizar múltiples tareas y con enfoque al detalle, asegurando el cumplimiento dentro de los tiempos establecidos
• Habilidad para manejar múltiples proyectos en un entorno de trabajo dinámico
• Habilidades efectivas de comunicación interpersonales
• Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Excel / Office
• Disponibilidad para viajar, aproximadamente 10% del tiempo
