What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and pipeline inventory based on customer demand as a manner to prevent shortages while minimizing excess.
  • Prepare and upload customer forecasts as well as manage exceptions generated from the processing.
  • Review backlog and shortage reports to ensure uninterrupted supply of inventory.
  • Work with other teams to resolve any potential issues to deliver material on time.

What You'll Need

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to juggle many tasks at once.
  • Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively.
  • ERP/ CRM Experience - Oracle desirable.

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$29, $34,875.60 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
