Es el primer contacto con los clientes para promoción y venta de productos y servicios. Responsable de coordinar ventas en su territorio, realizar entrenamientos clínicos y servicios que requiera el cliente y de manera interna que cumpla con responsabilidades administrativas relacionadas al puesto, tal como reportes y planeaciones.FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:Logra y excede la cuota de ventas territorial con estrategias de venta basado en objetivos SMART.Responsable de dar entrenamiento clínico en bancos de sangre y hospitales a personal clínico en fraccionamiento, flebotomía y aféresis principalmenteSe relaciona de forma efectiva y propositiva en todos los niveles en bancos de sangre y hospitales. (Dirección, usuarios y administrativos).Da seguimiento a licitaciones de su región: Se familiariza con documentos regulatorios: registros sanitarios, FDA, CE, CLV e ISO. Capaz de ingresar descripciones de productos en bases de licitación.Prepara planes de trabajo de manera semanal y mensualAnaliza el progreso de la productividad del equipamiento invertido por la empresa, capaz de realizar estrategias para incrementarla.Reporta al gerente de ventas, actualiza perfiles de cliente, cierra negociaciones, contratos y da seguimiento a oportunidades de negocio.Mantiene fuerte relación con distribuidores, creando estrategias ganar – ganar para retener cuentas clave.Penetra a cuentas de la competencia usando habilidades de negociación y conocimiento de producto, ofreciendo soluciones integrales.Visita y llama a sus clientes asignados frecuentemente. 25 visitas promedio por mesInteresado en incrementar su conocimiento clínico, así como sus habilidades de venta y negociación.El candidato tiene una actitud ética intachable y actúa siempre con integridad, dando seguimiento a políticas de compliance.Con excelentes habilidades interpersonales y la capacidad de mantener la calma bajo presiónPuede crear relaciones positivas con sus compañeros y clientes, incluso en situaciones difíciles, con capacidad de gestionar sus emociones de manera efectiva y contribuir a un ambiente de trabajo saludable.Educación:Solo licenciaturas en ciencias de la salud (Enfermería, QFB, QFB, QCB).Ingles: 75%Experiencia y habilidades:Experiencia en banco de sangre a nivel usuario o nivel comercial como capacitador (2 años mínimo)Experiencia en manejo de ventas en industria de dispositivos médicos deseableExperiencia analizando datos clínicos, así como literatura científicaConocimientos de licitaciones nivel intermedio en las diversas etapas: búsqueda, juntas de aclaraciones, presentaciones.Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y presentación.Sólidos conocimientos comprobables de Windows office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)Disponibilidad para viajar (>50%)Licencia de conducir
