We are looking for an FP&A Manager who ensures the profitability and financial sustainability of the company through strategic planning, budget control, and comprehensive financial analysis. This role serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager and supports decision making with accurate financial information, predictive models, and efficient resource management for business growth in Mexico and Central America.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting
- Master's degree in Finance, Management, or Taxes is desirable
Experience
- Minimum six years in Financial Planning and Budget Control

Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the annual budget, forecasts, and medium and long term financial plan
- Analyze financial results versus budget, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decision-making
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards for the General Manager and headquarters
- Evaluate profitability by product, customer, channel, and region and optimize margins and costs
- Monitor and project cash flow to ensure liquidity and efficient resource use
- Coordinate planning and control of operating expenses and investment expenses
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and budget policies and internal controls
- Participate in internal and external audits and implement action plans based on findings
- Provide financial support to the General Manager and the Operations, Sales, Logistics, and Purchasing teams
- Analyze and support decisions on pricing, investments, discounts, and profitability strategies
- Implement improvements in financial processes through automation, data analysis, and business intelligence
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory to optimize working capital
- Lead, develop, and evaluate the finance team and promote a culture of analysis, efficiency, and results
