Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Transaction Coordinator, based in San José del Cabo, BCS. The Transaction Coordinator will oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions, manage documentation and deadlines, and coordinate communication among all parties involved in the sale. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, real estate agents, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process. Offer and listing management. Post closing follow through. Brokerage documentation compliance.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years as a transaction coordinator in Los Cabos
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software for transaction management
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - written and spoken

Please do not apply if you do not have experience in Los Cabos/La Paz as a real estate transaction coordinator.
