Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in purchasing, industrial engineering, or maintenance within the automotive sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Electronics, Plastic injection molding, Mechanical assemblies
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for non-productive materials and services.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Lead procurement projects for capital equipment and services related to administrative and Operative areas as, electronics, plastic injection molding, and mechanical assemblies, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to align purchasing decisions with operational needs.
  • Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate data management in SAP MM and maintain procurement records (create PO/SA & Contracts).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of buyers or procurement specialists.
