As a Sr. Supplier Quality Assurance (STA) Site Engineer at Ford Motor Company, you are a key technical interface between Ford and its supply base, accountable for ensuring flawless program launches and robust ongoing production support.

This role focuses on supplier manufacturing readiness, risk mitigation, capacity assurance, and compliance with Ford's quality and performance requirements in the EDS (Electrical Distribution System) commodity
