Objetivo del puesto:

Responsable de organizar y gestionar diversas actividades para la ejecución del Programa de Complimiento interno, así como brindar apoyo en las investigaciones de denuncias por incumplimientos éticos desde el análisis de la denuncia hasta el aseguramiento de la aplicación de la sanción establecida por el Comité de Ética. Además, coadyuva en el desarrollo, comunicación y actualización de políticas, procedimientos, normas éticas y controles en el Grupo para garantizar el apego al Código de Integridad, brindando a los colaboradores orientación y formación sobre situaciones éticas.

Requisitios:

  • Licenciatura en Derecho
  • Inglés avanzado (Fluido)
  • SAP, Data Analytics, Herramientas forenses (deseable), office, manejo de redes sociales

Funciones a realizar:

  • Revisar las denuncias recibidas de manera oportuna, íntegra, objetiva y confidencial con la finalidad de identificar las prioridades y desarrollar planes de investigación para los casos recibidos a través del buzón de denuncias, ejecutar dichos planes y presentar los resultados incluyendo un análisis de la causa raíz, para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y ético dentro de Grupo Bocar.

  • Establecer planes de acción que mitiguen los riesgos identificados a través de las denuncias, los cuales serán ejecutados por los líderes de área, los cuales apoyan al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales.

  • Apoyar a la Gerencia de Compliance en la actualización y creación de políticas, procedimientos y normatividad aplicable al área para eficientar y transparentar las actividades del área de Compliance.

  • Generar estrategias de comunicación en conjunto con el Gerente de Compliance mediante diferentes herramientas para el reforzamiento principalmente del Código de Ética y Línea de denuncias, así como de la normatividad aplicable del área de Compliance.

  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de la aplicación de sanciones establecidas por el Comité de Ética por incumplimientos, a través de los líderes de Recursos Humanos.
