Summary:

Rebel Quest Interactive, líder en juegos online y retail, busca un Technical Project Manager para coordinar y ejecutar proyectos tecnológicos de alto impacto. El rol requiere trabajar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo backend, frontend, QA y prototipos, asegurando que los proyectos se entreguen dentro del plazo, con alta calidad y alineados con las prioridades del negocio.

Responsibilities:

  • Gestionar y priorizar proyectos impulsados por la tecnología, garantizando la entrega dentro de los tiempos comprometidos y con alto nivel de calidad.
  • Coordinar con los equipos de desarrollo backend, frontend, QA y prototipos para asegurar implementaciones y ciclos de integración de software fluidos.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos en cada fase del proyecto y definir estrategias efectivas de mitigación.
  • Rastrear e informar de manera continua el progreso del proyecto, los hitos principales y los KPI definidos.
  • Comunicar actualizaciones del proyecto, riesgos y bloqueos potenciales al liderazgo y a las partes interesadas clave.
  • Asegurar alineación entre equipos técnicos y objetivos de producto para maximizar el impacto de cada entrega.
  • Documentar decisiones técnicas, dependencias, procesos y aprendizajes del proyecto para uso interno.

Requirements:

  • Experiencia comprobada gestionando proyectos tecnológicos o de software en entornos ágiles.
  • Conocimiento práctico de procesos de desarrollo backend, frontend y QA.
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades técnicas en planes de proyecto claros y accionables.
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica para evaluación de riesgos y toma de decisiones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación hacia equipos técnicos y stakeholders ejecutivos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de gestión de proyectos y seguimiento de KPIs.
