The position
As a Project/Program Specialist Team Lead, you will:
- Support the execution of commercial tactical plans, ensuring accuracy in all marketing plan updates.
- Manage the day-to-day project workflows within the Adobe Workfront system.
- Oversee the hand-off between Workfront and other systems like Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Ensure effective resource allocation in projects, particularly when conflicting priorities arise.
- Communicate marketing plan updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional projects, cutting across different job families, ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimised.
- Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to ensure clarity and order in project execution.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field years of experience in Project or Account Management. - Proficiency in Adobe Workfront software to manage projects. - Strong skills in Microsoft Office with a focus on accuracy and detailed plan execution. - An execution-focused mindset capable of supporting commercial tactical planning.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats. - Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
