Are you a systems-minded creative who can design entire visual ecosystems—not just one-off deliverables? Do you love blending world-class craft with cutting-edge AI tools to push creative boundaries?

We're looking for a Senior Visual Architect to shape the next era of brand expression for a fast-growing, full-service growth marketing agency. You'll work at the intersection of brand, digital, motion, and emerging technologies, building scalable design systems and pioneering AI-powered creative workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Architect scalable visual systems that unify brands across digital, social, and motion.
  • Lead high-impact creative projects from concept to execution, across branding, web, and campaigns.
  • Integrate AI into the creative process, experimenting with next-gen tools for ideation, prototyping, motion, and asset production.
  • Deliver world-class design work across brand, UI/UX, landing pages, social, email, and light motion graphics.
  • Design with performance in mind, applying UX + CRO principles to build assets that convert.
  • Optimize creative workflows, implementing AI efficiencies and systemizing processes.
  • Experiment with motion + AI video, pushing creative boundaries with emerging tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, strategy, dev, and PM teams.
  • Serve as a client-facing creative leader, presenting concepts and guiding decisions with clarity.
  • Uplift and mentor the design team, improving craft, process, and innovation.

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of exceptional design experience, ideally in agencies.
  • Portfolio demonstrating mastery in brand identity, UI/UX, campaigns, and motion, with measurable impact.
  • Strong AI fluency (Firefly, Nano Banana, Runway, Pika, etc.).
  • Expertise in design systems, scalable components, and structure.
  • Advanced UX/UI + CRO understanding (A/B testing, Figma best practices, conversion-focused design).
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Suite, and motion tools (After Effects, Lottie, or similar).
  • Operational excellence: workflow thinker, documentation-driven, optimization-focused.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, highly collaborative environment.
  • Must have advanced English and be available during CST/EST hours.
  • Austin-based or open to occasional in-person collaboration is a plus.

  • Advanced motion or AI-driven video skills.
  • Experience in performance marketing or CRO.
  • Ability to navigate multiple industries and brand ecosystems.
  • Experience building internal creative operations or workflow systems.
