We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer with strong Swift expertise. This role requires independent ownership of development tasks, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience deploying production-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates effectively across time zones, and consistently delivers high-quality code with strong development velocity.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS mobile applications using Swift
  • Collaborate with US-based product managers, designers, and engineers during Eastern Time working hours
  • Independently own features and tickets from development through deployment
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following iOS best practices
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical discussions with distributed teams
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
  • Deploy and support production-ready mobile applications in live environments
  • Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions to stakeholders
  • Maintain strong delivery velocity by efficiently closing tickets and meeting sprint goals

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • 3–8+ years of professional mobile application development experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on professional experience writing Swift in production environments
  • Strong understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, and mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.)
  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining real, production iOS applications
  • Ability to clearly articulate individual technical contributions to past projects
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision
  • High proficiency in spoken, written, and technical English communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to performance and code quality
  • Experience working with ticket-based workflows and agile development processes
