The
SAP Plan to Produce Senior Consultant
will play a key role in exciting and challenging client-facing projects, focusing on delivering world-class solutions leveraging SAP's latest software innovations. Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor to challenging and dynamic projects in process and IT consulting, with a strong focus on the automotive industry.
• Design innovative supply chain solutions and implement sophisticated consulting strategies to drive client success.
• Develop detailed blueprints for development requirements, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Deliver cost-efficient, high-quality, and process-optimized logistics concepts tailored to client operations.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and collaboration.
• Identify and lead business development opportunities, contributing to the growth of our consulting portfolio.
• Establish yourself as a reliable and respected business advisor, driving innovation and value for clients.
• Take ownership as a (sub-)project team leader, ensuring successful project execution and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting or within the automotive industry.
• 6+ years of hands-on SAP PP and S/4HANA Production Planning expertise, with strong experience in planning strategies, MRP, capacity planning, and production execution. A deep understanding of
• PP/DS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling)—including heuristics, optimization, scheduling boards, and integration scenarios—is highly important for this role.
• Solid knowledge of at least one additional SAP module (e.g., MM, QM, PP/DS, MES, EWM, PM, CS, SD) is advantageous, especially when related to manufacturing or shop-floor integration.
• A proven track record of 4+ full SAP lifecycle implementations, covering blueprint, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities with a strong PP/DS component.
• SAP certifications are a strong plus and reflect a commitment to high-quality project delivery.
• Extensive experience with SAP project methodologies, including go-live readiness and hypercare, as well as a clear understanding of manufacturing planning processes within S/4HANA and PP/DS environments.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• A professional appearance and strong customer-service mentality.
• A highly analytical and structured thinker, skilled in solving complex planning challenges and driving process improvements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders, planners, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in team-oriented environments, collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Location: Remote across Mexico, hybrid option available for candidates based in Guadalajara.
