Responsable de la programación y planificación de la adquisición de materiales, producción y entrega.

  • Coordinar el flujo de materiales dentro de la planta de manufactura. Coordinar la transferencia de materiales (transporte urgente) hacia y desde el inventario o almacén.
  • Ejecutar la planificación de materiales para una línea de productos. Asegurar que todos los requerimientos de materiales para los programas asignados se cumplan dentro del plazo establecido.
  • Programar la liberación de materiales. Monitorear el inventario de materiales en la planta, en el almacén y con proveedores críticos.
  • Seguir la ejecución del plan de adquisiciones para garantizar que esté alineado con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Rastrear y analizar métricas de desempeño de los proveedores. Colaborar con el proveedor para entregar los materiales según los requerimientos.

Resolución de Problemas:*
Conocimiento de enfoques, herramientas y técnicas para reconocer, anticipar y resolver problemas organizacionales, operativos o de procesos; capacidad para aplicar el conocimiento de resolución de problemas de manera adecuada en diversas situaciones.

Nivel Conocimiento Operativo:

  • Identifica y documenta problemas específicos y alternativas de resolución.
  • Examina un problema específico y comprende la perspectiva de cada parte interesada involucrada.

Planificación de Requerimientos de Distribución (DRP):
Conocimiento del proceso, los problemas y las consideraciones para gestionar sistemáticamente la distribución de inventario en múltiples plantas o almacenes; capacidad para aplicar el conocimiento y la experiencia relacionada en la práctica real. Nivel Conocimiento Operativo:

  • Trabaja con software de inventario en tiempo real, moviendo suministros donde se necesiten, cuando se necesiten.
  • Interpreta el impacto de cuellos de botella y retrasos en los costos operativos.

Pronóstico:
Conocimiento de herramientas, enfoques y prácticas de pronóstico; capacidad para determinar la demanda de productos y estimar los requisitos y cargas de producción.

Nivel Comprensión Básica:

  • Identifica herramientas y técnicas comunes de pronóstico.
  • Describe los roles y responsabilidades del personal de pronóstico de demanda.

Gestión de Inventario – Manufactura:
Conocimiento de los procesos y métodos de gestión de inventario; capacidad para gestionar eficazmente inventarios locales o distribuidos de materias primas, productos en proceso y productos terminados.

Nivel Conocimiento Operativo:

  • Sigue procesos para tomar inventario, liberar inventario o devolverlo al procesamiento; resuelve discrepancias.
  • Rastrea información de inventario para un grupo de productos o ubicación específica.

Gestión Logística:
Conocimiento de la logística y su gestión; capacidad para seguir procesos adecuados y ejecutar operaciones para el movimiento eficaz y eficiente de materiales y productos terminados.

Nivel Conocimiento Operativo:

  • Ayuda en el desarrollo de flujos de procesos para rastrear el tiempo de entrega por actividad.
  • Utiliza herramientas, con orientación, para pronosticar tiempos de entrega, determinar costos y evaluar el desempeño.

  • Preparatoria- Carrera Tecnica
  • Experiencia en Logistica Interna (almacén, área de kiteo, control de Piso, reporteo, conteos cíclicos, embarques, etc)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Dispobilidad para rolar turnos

*Los Mejores Candidatos También Tendrán:*

  • 1 + año en áreas de Logística Interna (almacén, área de kiteo, control de Piso, reporteo, conteos cíclicos, embarques, etc)
  • Idioma: Inglés básico
