We are seeking a
Cable and Harness Inspector
in Ensenada, MX. This is a
part-time role, working three days per week on a Monday–Friday schedule
.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspections on cable and harness assemblies
• Verify workmanship against IPC/WHMA-A-620, customer specifications, and internal procedures
• Inspect for continuity, proper crimping, soldering, labeling, and overall assembly quality
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions
• Record inspection data, maintain accurate documentation, and report non-conformances
• Support MRB activities and provide feedback to production and quality teams on recurring issues
• Use tools such as calipers, microscopes, multimeters, and continuity testers during inspections
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience inspecting cable and harness assemblies in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Certification is a plus)
• Familiar with quality systems and standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
