Essential Responsibilities
- Review of daily alerts produced by the filters and rules applied in the risk systems.
- Leverage third party tools to enable a more robust review of daily alerts.
- Effective follow up and resolution of cases to include timely release of funds when warranted.
- Provide recommendations for updates to the current controls based on daily review of alerts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the business to minimize risk and loss attributed to high risk processing.
- Support other Risk teams as needed.
- Educate stakeholders of the risks of not making fraud enhancements.
- Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker and writer.
- AA degree / BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Results and execution focused with an emphasis on analytical and logical problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter, expected to work both individually and in a team environment
- Industry related work experience
- Strong understanding and experience with credit card operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Risk or risk related experience
