We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Human Resources Manager
to lead and develop our HR operations across the Latin America region. The HR Manager will be responsible for building and executing people strategies that support business growth, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture in a dynamic and diverse regional environment.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Management
- Assist the China headquarters with regional recruitment
- Follow up on new hires
- Conduct onboarding training
HR Operations & Compliance
- Establish HR policies and procedures compliant with local labor laws
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS implementation
- Ensure legal compliance across all employment practices
Performance Management
- Train new hires on using the performance management system
- Assist China headquarters in setting annual personnel targets
- Facilitate regional target reviews and document outcomes
- Drive performance feedback implementation
Cross-Cultural Integration
- 1.Bridge cultural gaps between Chinese management and lacal workforce
- 2.Organize cultural awareness workshops and team-building activities
3.Facilitate effective communication across language and cultural barriers
Strategic HR Partnership
- 1.Provide data-driven HR insights to support business decisions
- 2.Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with growth objectives
- 3.Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
Other Requirements
- Language Requirements:
- Mandatory: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Mandatory: Native or fluent Chinese (Mandarin)
- Note: Chinese language capability is required, not merely a "plus"
- Age Requirement:
- Preferably below 35 years old
