Listing Associate – Prominent Real Estate Company

Location: Playa del Carmen, Mexico

Seeking a motivated and organized Listing Associate to join our dynamic team. This position will work closely with the owner/broker to manage property listings, promote them across multiple platforms, and ensure our properties are presented to the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Post new real estate listings on popular real estate platforms, social media, and agent chat groups via mobile apps.

Coordinate property showings with other agents and potential buyers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Manage the entire listing process—from writing descriptions, uploading photos, and updating property information.

Ensure that all property listings are accurately represented on our website and other third-party platforms.

Actively seek out new potential sellers through social media, referrals, and face-to-face interactions.

Utilize CRM and Excel to track leads, manage listings, and follow up with clients.

Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and oral).Previous experience in real estate (preferred). Current driver's license.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-driven with a proactive attitude.Must have reliable transportation (scooter or car).

Compensation: Base Salary + commission based on perfomance. Phone and gasoline allowance.
