Role Responsibilities
- Lead the Sharepoint team to ensure successful planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions.
- Align team objectives with ECM strategy and overall IT department goals to enhance content management and collaboration efficiency.
- Act as the primary technical expert for Sharepoint environments, providing hands-on support for development and administration across Sharepoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online.
- Architect and develop custom Sharepoint solutions, including workflows, automation, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SharePoint-based solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Sharepoint development, security, and governance.
- Oversee team performance, provide mentorship, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with ECM team leadership to define roadmaps, establish policies, and implement improvements in Sharepoint environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security while managing troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Technical Qualifications
- Sharepoint Development & Customization:
- Sharepoint Framework (SPFx) for modern web parts and extensions.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for workflow automation and low-code development.
- REST API & CSOM (Client-Side Object Model) for custom solutions.
- JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and SPFx Web Parts development.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API for integrating with Microsoft 365 services is a plus.
