buscamos el rol Media Growth Hacker orientado a resultados, con sólidas habilidades analíticas y dominio de plataformas de analítica web. Esta persona diseñará e implementará estrategias de crecimiento digital basadas en datos, optimización continua y éxito a través de experimentación.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y evaluar experimentos (A/B testing, multivariante) para optimizar embudos de conversión y performance media.
  • Configurar y gestionar tracking avanzado en plataformas analíticas (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc).
  • Extraer, limpiar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos de medios digitales (web, mobile, social, paid, CRM).
  • Visualizar insights a través de dashboards interactivos (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.) para stakeholders de distintos niveles.
  • Iterar rápidamente en tácticas growth: para la optimización del recurso de media.
  • Colaborar con equipos de planeacion, paid media para implementar mejoras técnicas o creativas que impulsen el crecimiento.
  • Automatizar procesos de reporting y extracción de datos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 a 4 años en roles similares (growth, analítica, CRO, media performance).
  • Deseable formación en Marketing, Data Science, Ingeniería o afines.
  • Plataformas analíticas web: Experiencia avanzada en GA4 (Google Analytics), o similares, con capacidad para crear funnels, cohortes, embudos y segmentaciones.
  • Experiencia en Análisis de datos: SQL, Python/R o herramientas BI para analizar grandes datasets, segmentar y generar insights accionables.
  • Experiencia en visualización de datos: Dominio avanzado de herramientas como Tableau, Power BI o Looker Studio. Capacidad para liderar el diseño diseñar dashboards intuitivos y presentaciones a nivel RH y dirección.
  • Experiencia en experimentación & CRO: Implementación de pruebas (Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO); medición de métricas según el framework AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
  • Experiencia en automatización: Fluidez usando herramientas para integrar datos y automatizar reporting.
  • Experiencia en Marketing digital: Conocimiento de SEM, social ads, email marketing, SEO, content marketing y su relación con KPI de crecimiento.
  • Idioma inglés nivel B2–C1 (lectura de documentación, dashboards y presentaciones).
