About the Role

In BYD we are looking for a
dynamic and analytical Aftersales District Analyst
to join our automotive aftersales team. This role is ideal for young professionals who want to grow their career in the
automotive service and aftersales environment
, working closely with dealers and internal teams to improve service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

IMPORTANT: This role is not relate with manufacture or design profiles. This position is aimed at junior to mid-level profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze
  aftersales performance indicators
  (service, parts, warranty, CSI/NPS) in the designated region.
• Visit and support
  the dealer network with
  performance tracking, reporting, and follow-up actions
  .
• Suport in the elaboration of
  dashboards, reports, and insights
  to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Colaborate with the different inner áreas of
  Aftersales, Service, Parts, Warranty, and Training teams
  .
• Support the execution and monitoring of
  aftersales programs, campaigns, and initiatives
  .
• Track dealer compliance with
  processes, standards, and KPIs
  .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in
  Engineering, Business, Automotive, Industrial or related field
  .
• 2–4 years Maximum of experience
  in: Automotive aftersales working directly in a dealer with service operations, warranty, parts, or service analysis
• Strong analytical skills and
  data-driven mindset
  .
• Good command of
  Excel
  , Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
