Job Summary

Responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks.

Building trusting relationships by interpreting emotions and behaviors from the team member in an environment of continued feedback.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Create development plans for cell leaders, growing their share competences level.

  • Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement)

  • Administrates and ensures operation and production plan to achieve key indicators from the area.

  • Develop and implement processes improvements using BSF toolkit that impacts safety, quality, productivity and service level.

Skills
  • Advanced English
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft tools such as: Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Able to read and analyze data and charts
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and train others
  • Excellent attention to details and administration skills
Minimum Requirements
  • 2-3+ years experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role related experience
  • Microsoft Office tool proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience
  • English proficiency preferred
  • Ability to read and analyze data and charts – preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including training and coaching experience - preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail - preferred
  • Strong coordination and administrative skills - preferred
