About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, creator-savvy, and performance-driven leader to scale Kitsch's TikTok Shop growth engine. This is not just a traditional account management role — you'll be shaping the content that drives culture, coaching creators to produce thumb-stopping videos, and leading the community that keeps Kitsch top of mind.This role combines creative direction, performance marketing, and community building. You'll oversee everything from creator recruitment to campaign execution, ensure content meets our brand voice and compliance standards, and foster a thriving creator ecosystem — including running our Discord community as a hub for education, collaboration, and motivation.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Identify, recruit, and vet TikTok creators who embody the Kitsch brand and mission.
- Lead onboarding sessions and host regular creator office hours, providing actionable coaching on TikTok best practices, content formats, and engagement strategies.
- Deliver clear content briefs, coach creators to optimize for conversions, and share real-time feedback to help them grow.
- Develop and iterate on content strategies that leverage trends, storytelling, and TikTok-native formats.
- Oversee campaign pacing, performance, and analytics — ensuring content stays compliant and drives measurable results.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to amplify wins and scale what works.
- Build, manage, and grow our creator Discord community, turning it into a hub for inspiration, education, and brand connection.
- Host virtual events, AMAs, and challenges that keep creators engaged and motivated.
- Act as a connector between creators, agencies, and internal teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
What are we looking for in you?
- 3–5+ years in creator marketing, social commerce, or account/agency management.
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate mechanics, and creator incentives.
- Proven experience managing creator programs, agency workflows, and internal teams.
- Strong grasp of TikTok trends and ability to brief, coach, and edit content for maximum performance.
- Proficiency in campaign reporting, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for inspiring others.
- High level of english (C1).
Nice to Have
- Experience managing online communities (Discord, Slack, or similar).
- Background in beauty, wellness, or fast-moving consumer products.
- Familiarity with live selling activations and TikTok CRM tools.
