Vacante: Líder de Control de Inventarios en Supply Chain

Lunes a viernes | 9:00 a 18:00 hrs

Estamos buscando a un líder estratégico con sólida experiencia en gestión de inventarios y control de producto terminado para asegurar la disponibilidad, integridad y exactitud de nuestros inventarios dentro de la cadena de suministro.

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Logística o afín
  • Deseable: Maestría en Supply Chain Management, Logística o áreas relacionadas
Experiencia
  • 5 años en gestión de inventarios (preferentemente en producto terminado)
  • 2 años en posiciones de liderazgo o jefatura
  • Disponibilidad para viajar

Conocimientos indispensables

  • Técnicas avanzadas de control de inventarios: FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, JIT, ABC, manejo por lotes
  • Manejo de RP, WMS, SAP.
  • Ejecución y supervisión de conteos cíclicos y físicos y auditorias.
  • Conciliación e integridad de inventarios
  • Análisis, control y optimización de inventarios
  • Interacción con áreas de compras, almacén, logística y planeación

Responsabilidades principales

  • Garantizar la exactitud, trazabilidad y disponibilidad del inventario de producto terminado
  • Implementar y supervisar métodos de control como FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, JIT y ABC
  • Dirigir conteos cíclicos y físicos para mantener integridad en el inventario
  • Analizar discrepancias y liderar acciones correctivas con enfoque en mejora continua
  • Gestionar, capacitar y desarrollar al equipo de control de inventarios
  • Colaborar con supply chain, compras, logística y almacén para optimizar procesos y reducir costos
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas aplicables
  • Reportar indicadores clave y resultados a la gerencia
